This method support to facilitated the finding more reliable, realistic and tangible picture of female working condition in the farm. Methods of Data AnalysisData will be collected through identified method of data collection instruments from the sample of the desired population. Qualities of the collected data are checked by the researcher, and then quantitative data gathered trough questionnaire and qualitative data gathered trough interview are analyzed. Quantitative data is summarized and coded to ensure that they are in a suitable form to address the research questions and suit statistical data analysis procedures. It is analyzed based on descriptive statistics using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) through the means of frequency count and percentages by displaying in tables and graphs to check the differences of the ratings of responses. Qualitative data is analyzed by summarizing the responses of interview in relation to the research questions and the questionnaire.3.9 Ethical considerationThe interview is conducted by letting the participants to have information about the purpose of the study and the type of information needed from them. The interview was carried out after consent from the interviewees and at a place of their choice. In the case of primary data collection, different management positioned employees of the company were participated. Through this process the researcher let the participants to know the purpose of the research and those who participated will be according to their willingness.
