More so, besides the home health care, uranium workers care, and nuclear weapons workers care services, PCM has other specialties that it offers which encompass clinical trials and catastrophic care. Furthermore, PCM has been the best home care services supplier to beneficiaries since 2001 under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) and more so, the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) (Linked In, 2018). Therefore, committed to supporting its clientele, uranium, and nuclear weapons workers, PCM established CWP which is currently U.S’ leading organization for community resource in support and advocacy for these former workers. According to Linked In (2018), in other words, PCM’s undertaking is to provide health care and other specialties that improve its clients’ life quality in the home. More so, as explained in Tsoukas and Chia (2011), the philosophy of an organization is its long-term and distinctive values and tenets guiding workers or employees. Thus, according to Linked In (2018), PCM reiterates that for the past three decades, its caregivers (employees) have been guided by the fundamental and primary tenets of compassion, experience, concentration or focus, and quality to offer in-home health services of care with the greatest ethics and standards in the health care industry. Therefore, the mission and philosophy of the organization as explained above permits professionals of PCM to provide full services range from assistance with day-to-day activities or monthly visits to round-the-clock, extensive, and continuous care.
